The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is an option for graduate business students seeking a concentration in human resources and for current professionals looking for a focused study in human resources.

This graduate-level certificate consists of four courses. Expected completion time for the certificate is up to 1 year.

Because all of the certificate courses are also part of the Masters degree, the HRM certificate is designed to support students who choose to transition from the certificate to the full degree program. For students interested in transitioning to either the MS in Human Resource Management or the Part-time MBA program, it is recommended that they work with our program staff in selecting courses that will transition seamlessly to the degree programs.
